Introducing Component Linked Construction, Liv-Connected’s innovative system for home construction and the basis of design for the Conexus Home. CLiC optimizes shipping, assembly and customization, greatly reducing cost and emissions. Conexus models do not require a crane, further reducing cost and making installation in remote locations possible.

In most cases the local municipal review can be synchronized so that delivery can happen within days of approval and permitting. Our CLiC System allows for shipping at a fraction of the cost of other volumetric modular homes. The one bedroom Conexus fits on one standard flatbed trailer, at about a quarter of the cost with a dramatic reduction in carbon footprint. Installation can happen in as little as a day once site preparation is complete, and no crane is required.
