Review your Budget

Liv-Connected will develop a budgetary estimate for your projects as a whole based on your site, along with a cost of your home based on your customizations.
Sign your Contract
Liv-Connected will send you a contract that reflects the total cost to build your home and any extended we agree to with you, including assistance on this process.
Site Planning & Design
Liv-Connected can arrange or work with your engineers.
Permits & Filing
Liv-Connected can arrange or work with your architect or engineers.
Manufacturing Drawings
With any customization requests beyond finishes + upgrades. Time may vary depending on extent of images.
Fabrication & Sitework
General Contractor / Landscaper
While your home is being constructed on the shop floor and undergoing third-party inspections, site work will be in progress to ensure completion by the time your home is ready. You’ll also have access to a video feed to watch the build unfold and can schedule a factory visit if desired.
Home Delivery
We will arrange for your home to be packed onto a truck and driven to its final destination.
Home Installation
Consultant Required: Liv-Connected, General Contractor
While our homes can generally be assembled in a matter of hours, some touch up work may be required based on customizations. Either way, all homes come with an assembly manual for the contractor to follow, or we can provide you with a contractor we have certified to do the installation, which should require no more than 4 people and a tele handler.
Final Inspection + Sign Off

We will provide you with a checklist to review after your home is installed to be sure everything is working properly. We ask that you do this prior to moving in. Some municipalities require a final inspection by licensed officials, but we will determine that prior to developing your contract.
