Liv-Connected’s home designs are deployable on a large scale, bringing a new way of thinking to land and housing development. Liv-Connected’s team includes master-planning and site approvals expertise, and we’re looking to create partnerships with developers that are looking to take advantage of benefits of the Conexus and Via products lines in creating thoughtful and profitable communities.

At Liv-Connected, we are looking to rethinking community design with a similar creative approach that we’ve used in rethinking how housing is delivered. We value site layouts that promote safe and dignified communities while emphasizing the potential for social engagement, integrated amenities and sustainable landscape development practices. To this end we offer zoning, site planning, rendering and pre-development assistance in order to support the client’s due diligence, pro-forma model and investment promotion.

Factory-built construction offers the advantage of speed. The time awaiting for lengthy site approvals can be used to create an inventory of houses that are ready for installation immediately upon permitting. Site and seasonal access challenges, construction labor force issues, and quality control are mitigated by moving home building to a factory controlled environment, greatly mitigating the potential for delays.

Liv-Connected offers a variety of unit types to meet the unique market demands of potential buyers and renters in a particular region. From secluded cabin-like getaways to single family houses and to stacked multi-family solutions, we are open to collaboration with the developer and local sales teams to create targeted housing communities.
